The Statistics on Divorces, Separations and Annulments provide information on the number of rulings and decrees or public deeds of divorce, separation and annulment issued throughout the reference year. It provides information on the main sociodemographic characteristics of the spouses (sex, age, nationality, number of children) and other variables of interest associated with the judicial procedure (custody of children, pension payments).
These statistics have a territorial disaggregation by provinces and Catalonia. The series began in 1998 and is on an annual basis.
