Indicators of Hotel Sector Profitability. 09/2024

The average daily rate (ADR) in hotel establishments increased by a year-over-year 10.4% in Catalonia in September 2024 and stood at 132.45 euros. As far as tourism brands, Barcelona, Paisatges Barcelona and Costa Brava showed the highest values (177.71 euros, 92.89 euros and 91.37 euros, respectively), positive rates of variation of 8.4%, 5.5% and 3.3%, respectively.

On the other hand, the revenue per available room (RevPar) increased by 12.3% compared to the same month of the previous year and stood at 102.92 euros, according to the Hotel Occupancy Survey.
