Large Store Sales Index. 07/2024

The Large Store Sales Index (IVGS) of Catalonia at current prices increased by 2.7% in June 2024 compared to the same month of 2023. By product group, the increase was recorded in sales of non-food products (5.5%), while food sales decreased by (−0.3%).

At constant prices (i.e., eliminating the effect of prices) the index showed a year-over-year increase of 0.2%. Sales of non-food products rose by 3.7% while those of food products decreased by 3.4%.
