Large Store Sales Index. 06/2024

The Large Store Sales Index (IVGS) of Catalonia at current prices decreased by 1.5% in June 2024 compared to the same month of 2023. By product group, the decrease was recorded in sales of non-food products (−3.6%), while food sales increased by 0.6%.

At constant prices (i.e., eliminating the effect of prices) the index showed a year-over-year decrease of 4.8%. Food sales decreased by 3.1% and those of other products by 6.4%.
