Indicators of Hotel Sector Profitability. 06/2024

The average daily rate (ADR) in hotel establishments increased by a year-over-year 6.4% in Catalonia in June 2024 and stood at 134.31 euros. As far as tourism brands, Barcelona, Costa Brava and Paisatges Barcelona showed the highest values (206.40 euros, 99.49 euros and 94.85 euros, respectively), show positive rates of variation of 11.3%, 4.9% and 13.7%, respectively.

On the other hand, the revenue per available room (RevPar) increased by 12.6% compared to the same month of the previous year and stood at 102.31 euros, according to the Hotel Occupancy Survey.
