Large Store Sales Index. 03/24

The Large Store Sales Index (IVGS) of Catalonia at current prices increased by 0.6% in March 2024 compared to the same month of 2023. By product group, the increase was recorded in food sales (2.7%), while sales of other products decreased (−1.8%).

At constant prices (i.e., eliminating the effect of prices) the index showed a year-over-year decrease of 1.8%. Food sales decreased by 1.2% and those of other products by 2.6%.
