Retail Trade Index. 09/2024

The General Retail Trade Index (ICD) without service stations, at current prices, increased by 1.5% year-over-year in Catalonia in September 2024. By product type and activity, food decreased by 1.2%, while the rest of products increased by 4.0%. During the same period, the General Retail Trade Index with service stations, at current prices, increased by 0.5% compared to one year ago.

At constant prices (i.e. eliminating the effect of prices) the retail trade index without service stations increased by 0.3% year-over-year.
