Retail Trade Index. 04/2024

The General Retail Trade Index (ICD) without service stations, at current prices, increased by 5.7% year-over-year in Catalonia in April 2024. By product type and activity, food increased by 1.6% and the rest of products by 9.4%. During the same period, the General Retail Trade Index with service stations, at current prices, increased by 5.6% compared to one year ago.

At constant prices (i.e. eliminating the effect of prices) the retail trade index without service stations increased by 2.7% year-over-year.
